I finally had the courage to step out on faith and start my own business. I was excited to pursue my dream of starting my own practice. In preparation, I read several books about entrepreneurship and attended a few workshops. I believed that I was ready because I knew how to start a business. However, what I did not know is, how to start a business that provides mental health services. In the end I spent thousands of dollars paying for unnecessary services to cultivate my business. I learned a very expensive lesson.Thankfully, I was able to recover and continue operating. What I've learned to be most useful is the expertise of like-minded people who share similar passions. I want to use my experiences to help others start their own practice; which is why I have developed The New Mercy Consultation Program.
The New Mercy Consultation Program will provide real, 'hands-on' guidance to get you prepared and ready to begin your own private practice. Get expert advice the that will save you money and time.
The New Mercy Consultation program will include the following:
A monthly one-on-one consultation call
A bi-weekly group conference call
Access to private Facebook group
Progress check list
Weekly informational emails
If you sign up by October 31, 2020, your consultation will include a step by step walk through to register for System for Award Management (SAM.gov)
If you are interested in starting your own private practice, I ask that you complete the contact us form and select Consultation. I will review your responses and determine candidacy. If selected, you will be emailed a registration form where you will provide your information and submit payment.
There are only 20 slots open. Once slots are filled registration will be closed.
FAQ
Why only 20 slots?
Twenty consultees per program cycle will allow for each individual get the time and attention they need to succeed in launching their private practice.
What if the registration is closed, will there be another opportunity?
Yes, there will be another opportunity. Check back on our website periodically or follow us on IG to see when registration will reopen.
What is System for Award Management (SAM)?
In order for your business to secure a government contract, you must register with SAM.gov. You can register on your own. However, as your consultant I will provide guidance and advice on completing the application so that you can successfully register.
Why do I need a consultant?
You don't need a consultant. However, having someone to help you through the process can save you money and time. In addition, you will have an accountability partner that will encourage, and support you through this process.
Do you offer refunds?
No I don't offer full and/or partial refunds. This is to ensure that I attract serious individuals who are committed to their dream of starting their own practice. Time is just as valuable as money these days; and I don't want to waste your time or mine.
How much is consultation services?
I am currently offering a special at this time. The current special rate is $850.
Is there a payment plan option?
Payments can be split in two equal payments. Payment arrangements can be discussed with consultant at time of registration.
How long do you offer consultation?
Consultation lasts up to three months.
What if I don't receive another email for registration?
If you do not receive an email, asking you to register; it may mean that I may not be the appropriate consultant for you. My goal is to help build, empower and motivate those who wish to create a strong foundation from which to build their private practice.Therefore, based on the answers you provide it may be determined that I am not the appropriate consultant for you and this program may not be a good fit. If that is the case, then you will not be asked to register as this time. If you feel that there is an error in determining eligibility you can always contact us to discuss further.
