How do I pay my copay?
I accept different payment methods including; paypal, cash app, and the client portal linked on our website. I do not accept cash on site.
What happens if an emergency comes up and I have to cancel?
Due to scheduling, a same day cancellation is a $50 fee.
What if I'm unable to call and don't show up?
In the event that you are unable to call and don't show up to your appointment, you will be charged for the full service.
What should I bring for my first visit?
You should bring your insurance card, any relevant documents to your visit, a printed copy of the privacy practices notice, and a demographic form which can be found in your client portal.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule by calling or texting our number (601-808-1820). You can also use our "Book now" option located on our website home page.
What do I do if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment after-hours?
You can schedule or cancel an appointment by calling, texting, or through the client portal on our website.
What type of insurance do you accept?
We accept Humana, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Health Care.
Do you accept the Employee Assisted Program?
We do accept some EAP benefits. For full information on benefits, please call our office.
What if I don't have insurance?
We have a sliding scale for patients without insurance.
Do you schedule appointments outside of business hours?
Established patients only can request an after hours appointment either at the office or over the phone.
